¨ Thank you for the services of your group at our recent Auction 2011!  This was our most successful auction ever, with sales and sponsorships at about 150% of last year’s.  The sponsorship opportunities for the monitor, catalog, and texting brought as significant additional income.  The partnership of Greater Giving and it’s Express Check feature, along with Qtego technology were a real hit, and made our annual event easier and more fun for everyone!  Both our volunteers and attendees were quickly at ease with the text bidding, and had a more relaxed evening than in past years when they had to wait in line to view or write on a bid sheet.  Your crew was easy to communicate with, before, during, and after the event.  Reports were provided quickly, in usable and professional formats.  Kayla was tremendous—knowledgeable, responsive, and ever calm.

¨ I want to thank you and your excellent team for assisting us with our Golf Classic.  We had one of the most successful tournaments in years.  Our silent auction benefited greatly from the Qtego system.  It also provided our guests an easy check in and check out.  We saw an increase in dollars raised in the auction, which I contribute to the ability for supporters to bid even if they could not attend the event.  You and your team were delightful to work with and we look forward to implementing the Qtego technology in other events.

¨ We would like to thank you, your team and Qtego for helping to make our 2011 event a success.  The new Qtego system provided an easy and fast way for our guests to register and check-out.  No lines!.  One comment I kept hearing was that text bidding was addictive and fun.  Having the concierge service for our guests who couldn’t text was a great way to include those who do not normally text.  This year’s auction surpassed all previous auctions.  Thank you!

¨ In addition to serving as our auctioneer, Dean was a fantastic resource for every aspect in the planning of this event.  He went over and above in assisting us with live and silent items, as well as entertainment and spreading the word of our mission.  Dean and his team did a great job in introducing our committee and guests to Qtego, the newest technology in event management.  His expertise resulted in us exceeding our attendees’ expectations.  Personally speaking, I was pleased to work with an individual and company that are very passionate about the community and raising funds for those in need.  I am happy to report that our event exceeded our goals and we look forward to a long term partnership with Dean McCurry.

¨ Each year Dean works diligently with us to ensure that we have the best live and silent auction possible.  We gathered up our silent items, loaded them into Qtego, created a catalog and waited to see what would happen next.  Needless to say, I became a believer when we had more bids prior to the opening than we had in total last year.  Overall, our silent auction activity increased by over 75%.  Not only were the  bottom line results incredible, check-out went much smoother and people had a great time bidding on the auction items.  Dean and his team walked us through every step of the process and helped us create a fun, engaging auction that resulted in more dollars being raised for our organization.  I would highly recommend both Dean and Qtego for your next fundraising auction.

¨ Dean and his team spent time with us every step of the  way during our preparation for the event, and their advice and input regarding which items should be auctioned (assignment to silent auction, raffle, or live auction) was really valuable.  We had a 70% increase and the flow of the auction was much easier due to their ability to automate the auction, even down to quickly printing out invoices for attendees at the conclusion of the event.  Dean and his team did a great job in introducing our committee and guests to the Qtego system, which was actually really straightforward to use once you tried it.  Additionally, we feel that Dean and his team took a personal commitment to helping make the event a success by their actions during the night of the event.
